Payment Information

If you use the Gold plan's payment collection feature, payment transactions are processed through Stripe. VoltTrack.App does not store your customers' full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the app, including features accessed, actions taken, and device information (device type, operating system version, app version). This helps us improve VoltTrack.App.

Communications

If you contact us for support or feedback, we retain those communications to assist you and improve our service.

Providing the Service

We use your information to operate VoltTrack.App, process your subscription, generate AI-powered estimates, send invoices and reminders on your behalf, and provide all features included in your plan.

AI Estimate Generation

When you use the AI estimate feature, your job description is sent to our AI system to generate an estimate. We do not use your individual job data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Communications

We may send you service-related emails such as account confirmations, billing receipts, and important updates about VoltTrack.App. We do not send marketing emails without your opt-in consent.

Improving VoltTrack.App

Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us understand how electricians use the app so we can build better features and fix issues faster.
